NIGHTFEVER DISCO

The client will ensure that

(1) performance facility provides DJ with a sturdy covered table approximately 2 x 6 feet (0.5m x 2m) (2) Table will be within 18 feet (5m) of reliable power supply. (3) Facility is open at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time. (4) Responsible steps will be taken to protect Nightfever Discos equipment, personnel and music and crowd control will be provided if warranted. (6) For outdoor events a shelter is provided that completely covers and protects Nightfever Disco's equipment from adverse weather conditions.

Client accepts full responsibility for any damages, injures or delays that occur as a result of failure to comply with these provisions. In the event of circumstances deemed by DJ to present a real or implied threat of injury or harm to DJ, equipment or recordings then DJ reserves the right to cease performance until such time that as client resolves the threatening situation. DJ further reserves the right to deny any guest access to recordings or equipment. In the unlikely event that DJ performance is delayed, liability is limited to providing Client with performance time equal to time lacking.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be in writing by  the client but this will mean forefit of the deposit unless the DJ Has Not  turned up on the night of the function this is the ONLY way any Deposit will be returned

If Anyone Does not recieve Paperwork for any reason this does not mean thier booking is cancelled as long as we write it in the Diary we are there on the night and no need for and deposits to be returned this is the way of my Company as we dont always confirm in writing if we have technical problems with our computers beyond our Control

Deposit and/or balance must be made by cheque or cash and received within 7 days of booking. Please make all cheques payable to Mr Dave Kelly  Balances not paid before hand, are due on the date of the performance, prior to the start and must be paid in cash.

Overtime: £30/Half-Hour:

When feasible. Client’s request for extended playing time during the event will be accommodated. Payment is due on time of request, and may be made in cash only.
