An excellent guide to Cebuano grammar are the Cebuano Study Notes put together by Tom Marking. (Note: The link above opens a PDF file.)

A likewise good source for Cebuano words and grammar is the Cebuano Language Packet. There are also printable exercises included. Originally designed for the Peace Corps in the Philippines, the packet is now freely available. (Note: The link above opens a PDF file.)

A Cebuano grammar written by Mormon missionaries is here.  (Note: This link opens a PDF file.)

For another page about the Cebuano grammar see this link. It is the online version of the English-Bisaya grammar book published by R. P. Fr. Pedro Jimenez in Cebu, 1904. While the spelling of the words is mostly old-fashioned, the book does provide an exhaustive description of the Cebuano grammar and gives an insight into how Cebuano looked a century ago.

John U. Wolff's hard-to-find Cebuano-English dictionary, considered to be the definitive work on the subject, is online here (Volume 1) and here (Volume 2).

An online Cebuano-English-Cebuano dictionary can be found here.

News and current affairs can be read in the Cebuano language at the SuperBalita Cebu website.
