Adding Borders

Do not redistribute. I will be using Photoshop Elements 5.0 to create this tutorial.
1. I will be using this photo of Miley Cyrus. Feel free to save mine to follow along or use your own.
2. Use the Marquee tool and draw a box around the whole picture. Make sure you click on the layer you want the background to show up on.
3. Now go to EDIT > STROKE (OUTLINE) SELECTION and set your settings to match mine...

4. Now repeat step number 2 and go to EDIT > STROKE (OUTLINE) SELECTION once more
5. Now match your settings to mine...
6. Your finished product should look something like this...
