In order for you to fulfill the service requirements, you'll need to fill out a Service Requirement Form. You can either download it here, get it emailed to you, or ask for one at the next NHS meeting. Also, you should familiarize yourself with the Chapter Bylaws, which concerns our chapter's policy on a wide variety of subjects.
