National Honor Society at Newport High School

National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation’s premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. Honor Society is more than just honor roll. As a National Honor Society student, you must demonstrate excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character.

The Newport High School chapter of National Honor Society is not any different. Our goal is to improve ourselves, our community, and our world through volunteering, leading in and out of the classroom, and being good people.
