My name is Neya. I am a college student working towards my degree in Sexuality Studies. I am conducting an academic research study on sexual behavior. The study consists of three phases.

Phase One
|
|
|
|
 Phase One consists of a 47 question survey regarding background and sexual behavior. The survey takes approximately 12 - 15 minutes to complete and is completely confidential. |
|
|
|
Phase Two
|
|
|
|
| Phase Two consists of an in depth questionnaire regarding background, sexual, behavior, and opinions. This 58 question survey requires more time and thought. It is completely confidential. |
|
|
|
Phase Three
|
|
|
|
| During Phase Three, 100 interested and qualified candidates, (as proven by Phases One and Two), will be asked to participate in in depth case studies. The case studies will involve an interview and a more detailed series of tests and surveys. |

| This survey is intended for completion by persons over the age of eighteen (18). Surveys completed by persons under the age of eighteen will not be read and will be discarded immediately. All data collected will be used for academic research purposes only. I will not share or publish your name or any identifying characteristics without repondents written permission.
