Welcome to Newhaven Bowls Club
We were one of the first Bowling Clubs in the UK and were
founded in 1902. In 1903 we were one of the founder
members of the EBA, now Bowls England. We were also a
founder member of the Sussex County Bowling Association in
1909.
We are a mixed club and play Mixed & Ladies Fixtures.
We are located on the South Coast 10 miles west of
Eastbourne and 10 miles east of Brighton which is ideal
for Touring Clubs coming to the South Coast. If you
are interested in adding our club to your tour please

We are a very sociable club and are looking for new members
of any age or experience.
We run a separate Junior Section for youngsters up to the
age of 18 and have players from age 6 at the moment.
During the summer season the Junior club meets at 10.00 on
Saturday mornings and get the benefit of coaching from our
two qualified County coaches.
Visitors and spectators are warmly welcomed and we have an excellent viewing area where games can be viewed in comfort.
