Hi! My name's "Rhonda Causton". Since childhood, I've been fascinated by wildlife and art. I was always painting, sculpting, drawing, hiking and catching critters(frogs, toads, snakes, turtles ect.). I eventually combined my love of both art and wildlife and created my own collection of art work called "New Beginnings". You'll find a lot of my work is somehow reptile related as I have a strong passion for the cold blooded! Sometimes my work may portray something that doesn't even exist in our world(eg:Werewolf) as  I also have a fondness for legendary or mythical creatures.

   All of my sculptures have humble beginnings as lumps of white potters clay. I sculpt away at it until it resembles the image I see in my head. The inspiration to create comes in many forms. Sometimes a certain type of music, a dream/nightmare, a photo, a movie or just an idea that seem to come from nowhere. I don't produce mass quantities of art work and I don't do ceramic moulds of my own originals. Everything I produce is unique and original! I couldn't make the same sculpture twice! So you can be sure your purchase will truly be one of a kind.
