The project is based on the in-depth-study of the content of articles 2,4 and 5 of the Nice Chart of December 7th ,2000 on the death penalty, torture and slavery and the preparation of a multidisciplinary project involving history, law, philosophy, biology, national and foreign languages for both normal and disadvantaged students from 14 to 19. The methodology and the materials to be used include films, theatre pieces, historical sources, literary passages and articles from scientific magazines and information from the web. The information and communication technologies will be used throughout the whole project. The link with the territory and with current European and world problems will be guaranteed by collaboration with voluntary work associations and NGO( ex. Amnesty International).
