KDW Chapter 1: It was a bright and sunny day in the land of Dream World. The cappies were happy, the waddle dees were singing, and everything was great. However this all soon changed. Soon dark clouds started appearing in the sky and monsters started appearing on the land. It was the nightmare. Panic soon broke out and everyone rushed to see the great hero Kirby knowing that he would be able to save them just like he had done in the past. However when everyone got to Kirby's house, they found that he was gone. With a feeling of being lost, everyone returned home... Long ago there were many star warriors. Each of them was sent out to find a star to protect. As the legend goes it was said that there are four legendary star warriors. These star warriors are said to have been given the gift of the legendary air ride machines, and that they would use these machines for the good of the universe. These star warriors soon turned into nothing but legends but as Dream World learned... it was not just a legend... in fact it was there only hope. KDW Chapter 2: As the battles went on against the nightmares, and the new group that was leading it, known as Shade, many star warriors came to Dream World. After hearing that one of the legendary star warriors, named Legend, had appeared, they all rushed to aid him in his battle with the nightmare and shade, but in the end this was not good enough. Soon after the nightmare became stronger and the star warriors were forced to back down. However after seeing what was going on many others decided to join the fight as well. Meanwhile back at King Dedede's castle, the king orders an invasion of a town known as Hill Side. The reasons for this invasion are still unknown, but people living in the aftermath struggle to survive. Could this attack have been influenced by Shade? KDW Chapter 3: The battles across dream world rage on. Tired of all the fighting, the knuckle joes decide to join the battle and change dream world for the better. King Dedede has also joined the battle in his own way, however he is on no one's side. With the King's Rampage added to the list of worries, things have started to look bleak and not much hope remains. Months later the nightmare just vanished! After hearing the news, Legend formed a small group of people and they set out to find out what was really going on. KDW Chapter 4: A new area deep underground in Ice Town was found. The area that was discovered appeared to be a battle scared land with no hope of survivors. What could have happened here? There were too many questions to answer. As days went by every thing was normal and everything has returned to peace in Dream World. However this did not last for very long. Day’s later a dark cloud appeared in the sky. Dark Matter. As the bits of the cloud dove out of the sky it became clear that the nightmare was no more and that Dark Matter was behind their disappearance. It looked like all hope was lost, and not even Legend could stop this, but as the days went by parts of dark matter started to rebel! The Gooey creatures have appeared and they join the battle to protect Dream World, and now a new war has begun. KDW Chapter 5: The golden star is said to be the heart of Dream World. No one knows where it could be but the in the legends it is said to be able to destroy worlds. So this is what Dark Matter was after. After the first attacks on Dark Matter, Dark Matter seemed to get weaker and soon even vanished, but after a few days there were more sightings of his henchmen. So the battles on Dark Matter continue to rage on, but this time Dark Matter has escaped into the future! If the golden star is not found soon who knows what could happen. KDW Chapter 6: THE GOLDEN STAR HAS BEEN FOUND! After a long time of searching a young warrior by the name of “Banana Joe” (real player in game) was the one to find it hidden deep under the Fountain of Dreams. With this star the final attack on Dark Matter was about to begin. After days of preparing for the final attack a Star cannon was made to channel the energy from the Golden Star into an energy blast so strong that it would vaporize Dark Matter. However who ever was to use this gun, also would have to destroy them self in the process. Legend volunteered. So with the final shot from the Star Cannon Dark Matter was finished off along with the legendary star warrior “Legend”. KDW Chapter 7: With Dark Matter gone every thing was back to normal. For the rest of the year every thing was peaceful. During the last months of the year Legend was found, however he was not as we remembered him. His body was now in the form of a black and blue star warrior with a white stripe down his back. Although he gained a new look, Legend lost his past memories. This memory loss lasted for the last few months of the year, but in the end he was able to regain his original form as well as his memories... So how did this all happen? Well...Lets save that story for later... KDW 06 End. KDW Chapter 8: KIRBY IS BACK!? Yes finally after such a long wait Kirby has been found and returned to Dream World thanks to Metaknight. Every thing is still as it should be, and every thing is going a-okay. As the days passed people started to notice something strange. Kirby no longer ate as much as he used to, and he never wanted to play with his friends. What could be wrong with him? No one is really sure but there is some thing wrong for sure. Side Note: A KDW Side scrolling game that stared Meta Knight was in the works. In the story Metaknight traveled across Dream World in order to find Kirby. It is still unknown just where Kirby was found, but its safe to assume that it was in some place related to Shade. Metalknight also left Dream World soon after returning Kirby. Where he went is unknown. KDW Chapter 9: IT IS CHAOS IN CAPPY TOWN! First of all there was an explosion in the Inn grounds causing a big gaping hole just right outside the Inn! Also on top of that there was a fire in Cappy Town and a group of bandits escaped from the City Jail! It has been chaos! What has caused all of this to happen? No one is sure yet. However the bandits have been wrecking havoc allover the city. Looks like your job isn’t over yet everyone. KDW Chapter 10: Some thing strange has appeared in the underground area of Cappy Town. A hole has appeared here as well but this time it is different. This so called “hole” that was found appears to be some kind of portal! However the Cappy Town police have locked the area off so no one can get near it. What could it be? Well the bandit’s are still running muck so this can wait till later. KDW Chapter 11: KIRBY! Kirby has finally snapped and has destroyed half the town! On top of that a lot if Ice Town was closed off, along with some of Lava Town. What could be wrong with Kirby? Well after exploring Dark Matter’s base in the future it was found to have a cloning device! It appears that this Kirby is nothing but a clone! What can we do? Well it appears that our only hope is to keep Kirby out of Cappy Town, then we can hit him with an attack of our own. KDW Chapter 12: Planning an attack has failed and every thing that was done to stop the so called "Clone Kirby" had failed. After a few weeks had pasted Clone Kirby launched an attack once again on Cappy Town but this time Legend was there to stop him! After a huge battle Clone Kirby was launched into the sea never to be seen again. At least that is what we thought. A few weeks later, during a balloon ride to Yoshi's Island, a strange island seemed to have just appeared in the middle of the sea! What is this island? What could be there? Well this looks like a new adventure. It's time to set sail! Become a sailor of the seas and find out what this island really is. This is the start of a new world and a new year. KDW Chapter 13: The strange island has proven to be unreachable. After many tries, all of which ended in failure, people around the world have given up on reaching the island. Sure the island is still a mystery, but Clone Kirby is still no where to be found. If he is in fact on this island then maybe it's best to leave him alone. If no one can get on the island, then chances are no one can get off either. So with that being said, the time of piece keeps on going. KDW Chapter 14: GRAVE IS ATTACKING, AND TAKING CONTROL OF THE WORLD!!! A new group has arrived on KDW and they are after the Gold Star! After spying on them Legend was able to find out that they are working for Copy Kirby, and if they were to get the Golden Star there's no telling what will happen! At first it seemed that it would be easy to stop them, and that getting to the star first would be a piece of cake as well, but that was before Grave took over the peace loving town of "Waddle Dee Town". Waddle Dee Town was a peaceful village filled with Waddle Dee. It sat right on the ocean side and was known as a perfect vacation spot to most natives of Dream World, but now that has all changed. After Grave took this town over they pulled a stunt that no one could have foreseen. They removed Waddle Dee Town from the current time line and sent it into the future! Now with the small village "Waddle Dee town" gone, there is reason to believe that Grave will come after Cappy Town as well. After hearing the news, the mayor of Cappy town issued guard robots to be sent out all over town. These guard robots should protect the town from Grave, but there is still no way to tell for sure. All of this has happened weeks ago, and now Grave has been spotted once again, this time a few star warriors have joined up with them! Now with the warriors Pichu, Knuckles, and Matt on their side, who knows what will happen! Now the battle is on to stop Grave! Just remember if you fail... Who knows what could happen. KDW Chapter 15: Grave has vanished!? Even so the aftermath is great. Viruses still run rampant through Dream World, and cities remain damaged... After a few weeks of repairs piece once again returned to Dream World, however all wasn't well. A creature known as the Copy Gooey began to appear in the sewers. Copy Gooey are known to kill their prey and copy their bodies. Although they remain confined in the sewers at this time, they still have been causing chaos all over Dream World. Due to water lines being blocked, droughts have began to outbreak in different pants of the land, while other parts begin to be flooded by the overload of water. KDW Chapter 16: Duck Land attacks! Duck Land's leader Rufus had invaded one of the cities of Dream World known as "Pie Town". After a long hard fight Pie Town fell to the Duck empire, and the the world war started. Now Duck Land is on a set coarse to take over the world! Will you join them? Or be against them? It's up to you! What will happen to Dream World!? KDW Chapter 17: Duck Land has agreed to stop the attacks and things have returned to normal. Now everyone has started looking back on everything that has happened to them in Dream World during the past years. Will there be any more attacks by Dark Matter? What really DID happen to Shade? What about Clone Kirby!? So many things have been left unanswered. Even so, everyone goes on with their lives despite this new strange feeling of theirs. KDW Chapter 18: Shade attacks! After three years of waiting, Shade has finally returned. During their first attack on Cappy Town chances of winning were slim, however after they invaded the Duck Labs they suddenly backed off. Although Duck Land was lost, Cappy Town was saved due to this retreat... But why did Shade come back? And what was in Duck Labs? Everyone awaits the answers to these questions in yet another short time of piece. KDW Chapter 19: When looking out at the sea you can see for miles. The ocean is huge and there is a lot to be discovered, however because of the unknown dangers of the sea, many areas are off limits... But in some young pirate's eyes, these dangers are not even a threat. For the first time the world is open to be discovered. New lands have been appearing and the time of pirates has come. Once again set sail to the open seas of Dream World, but this time set out to the unknown sea and uncover it's secretes. In the legends it is said that there is an unknown sea where no one returns. In this sea things are different than the rest of the world. Strange climates, islands that seem to vanish, and fierce monsters that roam free. These are just some of the things this "Unknown Sea" is said to have. Only the bravest of the brave can make it. Good luck young warriors. Go and learn the way of the pirates and return home with your prize. The Legendary Ocean Star. KDW Chapter 20: Dream World year 2009 is coming to an end and it has been a piece full ending to a chaotic year. "What will the next year bring us?" It's a question that's on everyone's mind as the year comes to an end. At the start of the year Duck Land agreed to stop their attacks on Pie town, and soon after Shade reappeared. Explorers also began to set out for the Unknown Sea where it is said that no one ever returns from. Still this year opened quite a few questions. Just what was in Duck Land Labs? Shade invaded Dream World but soon retreated after taking a visit to the Labs. Could it be they found something they were looking for? Or maybe they saw something they didn't want to mess with? Just what was in there? Also the Unknown Sea. Just what is out there? Access has been very limited... So... What can we expect to see from it within the next year? Well there are a lot of questions to be asked. Anyway, enjoy your nice rest Star Warriors. You got a new year ahead of you. KDW 2009... End.... KDW Chapter 21: Recently in Dream world an odd, antique-looking paper has blown in from seemingly out of nowhere instructing people to search the underground. Many people have reported sightings of a golden piece! Could this be just a coincidence, or another key to the mystery of Dream World? KDW Chapter 22: It's the year 2011 and Dream World has finally settled down. After a year long treasure hunt, Star Warriors have finally started to relax and take time to enjoy the world. That is until Legend showed up with some big news. For the first time in 100s of years the Legendary Test has opened! The Legendary Test allows normal Star Warriors and heroes to try and gain Legendary status for themselves. Although not all who pass the test become legends, it's another step closer to everyone's dream, and all who finish it gain a great power. So what are you waiting for Warriors? Now's your chance! Go finish the Legendary Test, and one day you might even pass Legend himself! KDW Chapter 23: It was a normal bright and sunny day in Dream World and everyone was going about their lives just like always when a message from the Mayor of Cappy Town was heard all throughout Dream World. Cappy Town Mayor: "I'm sorry to inform you of this but we have some bad news that we cannot hide any longer. Over the past few months researches from our local star lab have been studying a newly formed star. At first this star seemed to be an empty world, but things soon started to change... I'm really sorry I hid this from all of you, but we believe that star is the remnants of Dark Matter. Every single day that star has gotten closer to our world... Today is the closest it's ever been and I fear that something is about to happen. For now just be careful, this is Cappy Town Mayor singing o........" The mayor was cut off and kept from finishing his speech, and soon after a scream was heard all throughout the World. Around the same time things began to change, the sky got darker and it began to storm, the grass began to quickly die as if an infection was spreading throughout Cappy Town. Not sure what was going on Legend ordered a search for the Mayor. After searching for awhile hope was starting to leave the young heroes. Just as they were about to give up smoke started to fill the air. It was coming from the inn! When the heroes finally reached the inn they saw a very strange sight. The inn was on fire but was not burning! Not knowing what to do the heroes ran inside. It was the mayor! The mayor was inside, however instead of his normal tan color he was bright purple. When Legend and the others tried to talk to him he simply went on about how it was "too late." Soon after the mayor sadly met his end. With the shock of this event being too great for some to handle, some of the not so brave heroes ran screaming, while others were determined to fight. Back outside the Inn things weren't getting much better. Dark Matter had finally reached Cappy Town and the fight began. After a long hard fight Dark Matter was pushed from town square, but that didn't mean the whole thing was over yet. ???????: "Heh heh, do you really think it was going to be that easy? Ha that's a laugh! Don't go thinking that Dark Matter was the end of me. Oh no, it was just the beginning! It's time to show ALL OF YOU the reason I came to this world. Every remaining member who still lives in this world, here this! It's finally time to take what is ours! We will welcome everyone, to our nightmare! HA HA HA HA HA HA! S&S, it's your turn!" The whole world heard the strange voice and many began to question what had just happened. Legend: "Everyone follow me." Legend knew what was going on, and decided to take the other heroes into the Archived past of Dream World. Once inside the Archive things became very clear, after being lead into the forest everyone quickly saw just who this voice was and just what "s and s" was as well. Sharp and Slash are elite members of a nightmare group known as "Shade." Shade once threatened Dream World years ago but were destroyed during the first Dark Matter attack. Over the years Shade members have tried reforming the group, but without their leader, they were nothing. Now their leader has returned. Back at the hang out a portal had opened up, a portal which Sharp and Slash were using to access Dream World. This was the one and only chance to stop them. If they were to make it to the other side of the portal, Dream World would be doomed. Even though Sharp and Slash used Shadows of Kirby to help their fight, they were finally defeated after a long hard fight, and the portal was closed. Once Sharp and Slash was defeated the Shade Leader returned with a few more things to say before he finally vanished once again. Shade Leader: "Well well, you did it. Don't get your hopes up though. This is only the beginning!" After everything was said and done things finally started to settle down and Legend headed off to set things right again. The battle for Dream World's future is finally here. KDW Chapter 24: It's been quite some time since Shade's last attack, but it's effects still show in the world. New monsters have began to appear allover the world, and Star Warriors have begun to vanish one by one. In Legend's last attempt to save Dream World from complete destruction he once again sends out a cry for help. "Any remaining Star Warriors out there, please! We need your help! The threat of Shade is constant, and we can't keep up this fight forever! We must put an end to this! If you hear my message, please join the fight! You may be this world's last hope!" And so with that, the battle continues to rage on. With the discovery of new lands and oceans, Dream World is expanding and in need of help more than ever before. So pick up your weapons and join the fight! This is Kirby's Dream World Year 6, the year of Shade's return! |
