Requirements:
- Neopets-related or provides free graphics
- Site must be intended for children aged 13 and below
- No more than 1 pop-up, ads banners are allowed
- Free sub-domains are allowed
- Infringing copyrights websites are not allowed
- Must have at least 60+ unique hits per day
- Lots of content, at least 8 pages
- Affiliates section must at least be in the homepage
- Cloaking urls are not really welcomed, but may try (ignore this if you had no idea what it is)
- Place any of my 2 banners in your site before requesting
