No. You may not edit any graphics unless they are bases, such as the blank banners. You may only edit them if it says you can on the page. Although, you may confront Rekki by neomailing her main neopets account, ScribblePrincess. Depending on her mood, she might back you a basic graphic for you to alter. Either that or direct you towards graphic tutorials so you may make a userlookup or petpage on your own. :)
Sorry, but I'm not that great on coding, and if I was, I simply couldn't find the time. I'm already scarce on time as it is so, sorry, no. There may be other staff members that could possibly help though. Just ask them nicely. After all, they're people too and need to be treated with respect. :)

Dont look to forward to it. The adoptable artist is rather busy with school and house renivations at the moment. But, you could still stop by her Userlookup and see if she's up for art trades. (and about 90% of the times, she is. :] )
