Crafting

Crafting is a very fun skill, letting you make different types of jewelry, pottery items and even ranger armour! It can also be  profitable and worth your time to level it up a bit. A lot of things for crafting can be found in the craft guild and crafting store.

A good way to make money of crafting is to make jewelry. Players pay good money for all types of jewelry (and if your magic level is high enough, you can enchant your jewelry to make it better and more valuable).  Pkers buy rings of recoils and al lot of players and runecrafters use glory amulets so if you can make glory amulets its worth it. Also people buy range armour (red and black the best 4 selling) so having good crafting  is worth it.

But there is one thing that is a massive business in crafting and only needs level 10 to make. Thats right people, im talking about bowstrings.  This is a very good way to make cash because lots of fletchers need bowstrings for their unstrung bows , so pick some flax, go to a spinning wheel and make into a bowstring. This is a one of the best ways for low level players to make cash and level up so if your a low level...well start picking  some flax =). Heres my guide for moneymaking while crafting!

Farming

Farming is a long but profitable process of growing your own crops for usage in cooking , woodcutting , even herblore! This isn't the best skill to make money off of, but there is one good way of making some cash while your high alching or fishing away.

The best way to make cash in farming is by growing rannar (lv32) or snapdragon (lv62) herbs. Choose the best of these 2 herbs you can grow and get some seeds (either off players or monsters, maybe even master farmers). Then go plant your herbs in a herbs patch (some are in catherby and drannor). If you aren't going high alchemy or fish or anything nearby i suggest you do My Arms Big Adventure quest so you can have a disease free herb patch. Then after you get your herbs grown, you can sell them for more cash than u bought the seed for (quite a bit more) or you can make potions and sell them if you have the herblore level (make prayer potions or super restore potions depending on what herb you got).

Like i said not a lot for farming, but this can give u some extra cash while your high alching or fishing or whatever your doing. Thats my farming money making guide .

Fishing and Cooking

Fishing and Cooking  are both  awesome skills that bring food to eat for runescape.  Fishing brings in the main supply of food for runescape, so there is always high demand. Also cooks buy uncooked fish usually if they are training cooking so raw fish sell good too.

The best type of fish to catch for profit are lobsters and sharks. Catch the best you can catch for your lv and start your fishing! After you get enough fish (1k of raw lobsters or sharks will do good) time to either cook them or sell them to people for them to cook .

If you decide to cook your fish, you can get a lot of exp off of cooking them so i recommend it. Then you can sell them to players (try edgevil world 18 if your a member for sharks and maybe go to an edgevil bank to sell them in wold 1.  Thats all there is to making cash in fishing/cooking, the demand is always high for quality fish so this is a pretty profitable choice.

Fletching

Fletching is a skill where you can make bows and arrows or other throwing items for the ranger skill.  This is a pretty good skill to make cash off of because lots of people buy yew longbows/ magic longbows to alchemy to raise there magic level and keep as much cash as possible doing this. There is always a constant need for bows to high alch and arrows to sell so this is a good moneymaker. What you should do is buy a lot of willow logs and train your fletching to 70. Then buy (or cut your own) yew or magic logs (yew sells way more) and cut them into unstrung yew longbows. After that your should get some bowstring (buy or make your own from flax and a spinning wheel) and string all your bows. If your going to make arrows iron arrows sell alot, also any dragon range gear (arrows, darts, knives) sell for large sums of cash, so if your lucky enough to get some dragon arrowheads or dart tips and have high enough fletching, you can make a lot of fast cash =). You can also buy headless arrows from stores/people in runescape and make arrows out of them for lots of cash (good example is making adamant arrows and sellin them in a busy nonmember world).  Then off to sell your bows at a busy member bank (camelot in busy worlds should be buying), or try the forums. There's lots of easy cash to be made in fletching.

Herblore

Herblore is quite a fun but expensive skill, but does have lots of profit involved. The best way to make cash of herblore is well...lots of ways. Lots of potions like super energy, super att/str/def, prayer, range and lots more can bring in a lot of cash for you. If your a beginner at herblore money making i suggest you make prayer potions for starters. Buy some rannars from players (or rannars you already have) and make prayer potions. These sell for quite a lot, and you should always get your own secondary ingredient for your potions to earn more cash.  Just make sure you know the prices of potions, and you pay quite a bit less for your ingredience so you make profit. For example, you buy a rannar weed 6k and sell the potion 7k, each potion you make brings you in 1k profit, so make 1000 potions, you will make 1mil. The potion supplies can be expensive so this is only for if you have lots of cash and you want to make more, or if you have a lot of herbs already. The most popular potions to sell are: super energy, energy ,  prayer  range , mage , super attack, super defence, super strength, anti-poison, anti- firebreath, saradomin brew and super strong poison potions.

Like i said before, herblore is a good way to make some cash but you need quite a lot of cash for the supplies.

Hunting

Hunting is a very fascinating skill that allows you to catch creatures and use their feathers, fur or even there whole body for special items.

This is a damn good way to make some cash because a creature called a red chinchompa you can catch at level 63 hunter can sell for a lot of cash, and the higher your hunting level the faster you can catch them. Train your hunter to level 63 by using falconry (for lv43-63) and butterflies/deadfalls if your lower than lv43. When your level 63 it can be a little slow but as you level up, you will see a huge difference. When your lv80+ this is a very good way to make cash.

Runecrafting

Runecrafting is a very useful skill, allowing you to make runes for use in magic

This has to be one of my favorite ways of making cash. Nature runes and law runes sell for a lot of cash! There is always a need because both runes are used for high level mage training. Nature runes sell for a bit less(maybe 30gp-60gp) but are way easier to make. So pick what you want to make (i suggest nature runes) and get some pure essence (buy from players or mine your own).  I suggest you have the following for runecrafting: Level 47 construction with a glory amulet inside your house near house portal (for unlimited edgevil teleports within your house, you can use tea to boost your construction level to be able to make this too), level 40 magic for house teleport, access to the abbys, 60 or 70 ranged for red/black dragonhide, your cheapest/best mage defence armour, a lot of house teleport runes, a bronze pickaxe and a decent mining level, and all the pouches you can use. This may seem like a lot but trust me it helps so much. What you do is go to edgevil, load your poutches and inventory up with pure essence (save 3 slots free for house teleport runes), wear all your dragonhide and mage defence gear and your bronze pickaxe. Now head for the abbys (be careful, mages and other pkers wait there a lot to kill runecrafters thats why you got dragonhide and mage defence on) and go into the abbys. Head for the mining rock entrance to the inner abbys and mine it to get in. Find the runecrafting rift to go to the nature rune altar. Turn all your pure essence into nature runes (don't forget about all your pouches) and teleport back to your house. Rub your glory amulet within your house back to edgevil. After this load up again, bank your nature runes and head out. Be warned, if you are hit with a teleblock spell, any type of ice or holding spell, or your low heath in abys TELEPORT IMMIDIATELY!!! It can be dangerous and you can die if you don't. The good thing is when you teleport to your house you can heal there and get rid of poison if you need to. This may seem like a long and hard process, but it only takes around 1-2minutes a load and you can make up to 350k an hour!! On my main account this was my main way of making cash. Also if you are ever lucky and committed enough to get level 91 runecrafting, you will double your nature rune intake (therefore, double your total profit). After you make all the runes you want, sell them in camelot, edgevil or on the forums. Law runes are easier to make, no abyss needed and not as much stuff, but take longer (x2 longer around) so nature runes are obviously more profit, and don't make death runes if you ever can, just stick to nature runes.

Like i said this is a very good way to make money, just be careful of pkers and monsters within the abbys.

Thieving

Ahhhh yes thieving, a very sneaky and mean skill, but fun .  Thieving allows you to take coins, food and other items from npc's in runescape. This is an ok moneymaking skill because as you train, you get a lot of items and gp from your steals. A good way to make cash of this if your a low level player is stealing silk from a silk stall (some in ardougne) and bank all the silk you steal (beware of guards and the shop owners). Then come back in a little bit when the heat over the stolen silk goes down and talk to the silk owner. Tell him you have silk to sell and offer 60gp each(he will give you 50gp ea if you don't have a ring of charos from the Creature of Fenkenstrain quest). As you level up, you will get a lot of cash off your silk. When your level lv59 for the blood rune chest steal from it, getting two blood runes a time. The blood rune chests have a magic trap on them though so you must search for traps first, and after you take the runes you will be teleported outside the tower and you must go back inside (not to hard lol). When your level 80 thieving you can steal from hero's and earn around 150k+ an hour from all the coins/chaos runes/blood runes you will steal. Use gloves of silence (made from dark kebit fur) to help you pickpocket better.

This is pretty good money only when your a higher level, but at least you will make some cash as you train your thieve lv.

Woodcutting

Woodcutting is a skill in which you cut down trees for logs. Logs can be used for fletching, firemaking, or even be turned into planks for construction. This is a very good way to make money because fletchers and firemakers are always in high demand for logs. The best trees that sell a lot of cash are willow, yew and magic. I suggest for level 30-75 cut willows, 75-90yew logs and 91+ magic logs. They all sell quite a lot and yew logs are the most popular to buy ( to make yew longbows out of). Even at 91+ you may want to cut yew logs, magic logs are hard to cut and there are only a few in runescape. Also make sure you buy the best axe you can (dragon axes are exceptional, they are not a lot and not too much better than rune so it' your call). This is one of the best non member money making skills so all you non members, if you want a lot of money i suggest you become a woodcutter .
