Terms of Service

Here are the terms for using our graphics here at Neo-Academy. By using our graphics, you agree to these. If you fail to meet these terms and are caught, you will be put on the 'Wall of Shame' FOREVER,even if you fix the problem(Once you fix the problem,we will put you under the "used-to-be bad people who turned over a new leaf" section). Even ONE unmet term is unacceptable. You must read and understand our TOS before using any of our graphics. We would really appreciate it if you would simply abide.

  1. Give us credit. Do NOT remove any credit from the layout itself or the coding.
  2. Do not alter our layouts in anyway except for what is intended. I.e. Filling out the description on a userlookup or adding links to a website layout is acceptable.
  3. Don't say you made something of ours just because you altered the code a bit- or at all/ changed the pictures but the code is the same.
  4. Do NOT claim any graphics as your own. A lot of hard work is put into making these - so don't say they are yours.
  5. Do not redistribute any of our graphics to any other graphics site. These are made exclusive for Neo-Academy.
  6. Do NOT sell any of our graphics.
