Glitter Tutorial

1 First, open up a blank file. Then paste the image onto it. I am using an island xweetok. Delete any excess layers, because they will get in the way.
2. Duplicate the layer twice, so you now have 3 layers. To duplicate, click on the layer, then go to Layer -> Duplicate -> Layer.



3. Once you have 3 layers, select your magic wand, then click on the parts of the image you want to glitter. Make sure you are on Layer 1 when you do this.
4. After selecting the parts you want to glitter, go to Filter -> Noise -> Add Noise. Change the amount of noise to 23 - 25.



5. Now click onto Layer 2 and add noise, but instead of 23-26, add 27-30. Your parts should still be selected right now, though nothing should have appeared to have happened.
6. Go onto Layer 3 and add more noise, but from 31 - 34.




7. Open up your animation palette, then create 2 more frames, so there are 3 frames. Click on the first frame, then click on the eye next to the layer, for layers 2 and 3.
8. On frame 2, make sure the eye is only visible next to Layer 2. Do the same for frame 3, but make sure the eye is only visible for Layer 3.



9. If you want to add some text, this would be the time to do so. I'm adding Neo Fantasy on mine.
10. Play it and you're done!
