1. Open up your image; I have chosen a faerie kougra.
2. Click on Color Overlay from the menu.
3. Change your Blend Mode to Overlay. Try out some of the other modes, it depends on the image which mode you should use.
4. Click on the colour preset for you, and change it to whatever youl like.
5. Change the opacity to whatever you like, its best to have it around 50.
6. Press OK and you're done!
