1. Choose an image. Caption contest ones are good, they are roughly the right size too.
2. Create a new layer.
3. Click on your color. Change it to white. Now go on your second layer.
4. Select the drawing tool. Choose the rectangle shape.
5. Draw a rectangle on the image, where you want the blog to be.
6. Now you've got this horrible white thing on your blog. Change the opacity on the layer to roughly 70.
7. Add some text, then add a stroke to it.
