1. Choose an image, but make sure it has eyes which you can see.
2. Paste it onto the file, and then duplicate the Layer. Go to Layer on the top toolbar, select duplicate, then choose layer from the menu.



3. On the second layer, colour in the eye if the image.
4. On your animation palette, create 9 frames. So you now have 10 frames. For your first frame make the image, with the eye not coloured in, appear. To do this, click on the eye next to the second layer.



5. Do that for the first 9 frames. For the 10th frame, make only the coloured in image appear. For this, click on the eye next to the first layer.
6. Play it and you're done!
