What Happened: Snow was a past staff member who was fired for stealing from other sites. A couple days after being fired, she posted on our CBox pretending to be a girl named Roxy. I took a look at her neo-account, snowflake_7, and found that it was made that day, and had all the same things as Snow's account had, had. I hired her anyway, knowing she was up to something and see what happened. Thanks to some investagative help from Anonymous, we caught Snow/Roxy red-handed. I told 'Roxy' that I had to inspect before giving her full privledges, and she got very defensive and angry that I was suspicious. I calmly told her that since we had just had a staff member that stole, we had to be suspicious. Then eventually, she left. Afterwards I looked at the IP adresses on the CBox, and sure enough, they were identical.
