Yup, Neo-Expressions is hosting it's very first contest. This contest happens to revolve around icons/avatars. (: If you're great at making them, good for you! Why don't you apply to be part of the competition by using the form below?
You may represent yourself as an individual, or you may represent a particular site.

Rules

  1. Your avatar/icon must be 100x100px
  2. You cannot represent a non-neo site.
  3. Your avatar must be neo-related in some way.
  4. Your avatar can be animated, of course.
  5. No profanity or sexual terms at all.
  6. You may only apply ONCE.
  7. Do not bribe others to vote for you, threaten other contestants, or try to "cheat" in any way. If you are being threatened by other contestants, etc... please let me know by e-mailing me.
