Neo-Heaven now offers advertising! It's simple~ So wanna apply? While applying, please concider the following. After all, it isn't THAT much to concider. ^^
There are 6 spaces for advertising available. They will be up there forever, until someone else applies.
After that, the 1st person on the list will be bumped off. Kind of like a plugboard.
Only graphic/tutorial/neo-related sites are eligible for advertising.
Before applying, you also must have an 88x31 button.
Only finished websites are accepted.
The website must be suitable for kids. PG-13, people. >.>
If you get bumped off the advertising board, I will not notify you. Its up to you to check back and apply again xD
After applying, you will not be notified, usually, if your button is up.
