| Equipment, technologies | The premises have been finished and made ready for assembly of equipment and starting production. Presently it is necessary to implement new requirements of the EC Directives. And therefore it is necessary to make certain changes and a small reconstruction of the premises. We are well familiar with meat processing technologies because the present premises have been rebuilt using the profit received from operations of previous meat processing shop which in view of new changes taking place on the market became unprofitable and was closed down. |

Lithuanian banks are valuing it too little to extend to us a credit necessary for purchasing equipment and for everyday
needs. Other production activities are also possible but manufacturing food products we regard as most purposeful. It would require little investments for the reconstruction of premises. We are looking for partners to start joint activities on mutually beneficial terms. |
