FOLLOWING ARE THE NOTES FROM THE FIRST MEETING TO BEGIN THE NORTHEASTERN INDIANA RACING MUSEUM.

Northeastern Indiana Racing Mueseum meeting at Kruse Museum

 

Bob Krafft gave us a tour of the whole museum.    He explained how they were installing new displays and information signs.   We then met in an office at the museum.  We discussed three options to workwith the museum.   We decided to go with a foundation owned program.   we were told we could use printers, copy machines and other office machinesto make out mailing lists and newsletters.   Also discussed,  were pit falls from accepting items for displays,  and how they display items in the W.W. 2 museum.    I will get a list of names,  addresses,  and phone numbers to every memberon the seven member panel.  We can hold meetings at the museum,  just let Bob Krafft know when we want to meet.   The committee to raise capitol for this project is Paul Ladd,  Betty Mullin,  Rocky Fisher.   The lay out committee will be headed by DeWayne Dimit.   Our next meeting will be Jan. 29,  2005,  time and place will be decided later.  Bob Krafft wants to do a photo shoot with T/V stations and newspapers to announce the start of the Northeastern Indiana Racing Museum,  and Kruse Foundation.  Members present were Paul Ladd,  Dick Ladd,  Roky fisher,  Betty Mullin,  don Page,  Jim Benson,  and Ed Weisnauer.
