Ordering a Custom Plushie
When ordering from us, please keep in mind that these plushies are not intended for small children. They're more collectors' items than toys, and may contain small parts unsuitable for little kids.
Now that we've gotten that out of the way... Please be absolutely certain that you want to commission us if you place an order. If you aren't sure, or you don't know what you want, or you aren't sure if you can pay for it, then please wait until you are sure. Otherwise you just waste your time and Nekky's.

PLEASE fill out the form if you're ordering from us. It may be annoying, but we want to make sure you get exactly what you want in your plushie. This is also so we can keep all the information in one place instead of having to go through half a million PMs or Emails to figure out if you wanted this eye color or that. It's up to you to specify anything and everything you can think of when you send us your form - seriously, we don't mind if you're picky. The customer is paying for the doll and we want the customer to be happy with our work.
HOWEVER, if you want a specific detail (this outfit over that outfit, that hair color instead of this one), YOU HAVE TO TELL US. If you don't tell us that sort of thing in your order form, we'll make the executive decision, and we won't give you a refund if you're not happy with it. The form protects you, and us, from getting into that sort of dispute.
Plushie Size Comparison
These are the two sizes we currently offer. Asher on the left is the Tall pattern, which has longer limbs and works better for plushies with a lot of small detail in their clothing, or for characters that are supposed to be 'tall'. Quinn on the right is the Standard pattern, with shorter limbs and a slightly smaller head. If you don't specify which size you want, we'll choose for you depending on the character and level of detail. There is NOT a price difference between the Standard body and the Tall body. Getting a Standard with lots of detail will cost you the same as a Tall with lots of detail.
Payment Methods
At the moment, we will take either of these two payment methods. Please keep in mind that we will not begin work on your plushie until we receive payment. We will CERTAINLY not ship it without receiving full payment.

If you can't pay all at once, an agreement can possibly be come to. If, after receiving your price estimate, you want to pay half up front (to cover materials) and then the other half later, you may (if you talk to Nekky about it), but your plush will not be shipped to you until you pay the full amount. If you don't pay the second half within a certain period of time after we finish your plush (which will be decided on a case-by-case basis), your plushie will go up on ebay and you WILL NOT get a refund of the half you did pay.
Refunds?
We don't do refunds unless there has been a GROSS misunderstanding. This is not often. If you're eligible for a refund, we will offer. Don't ask.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and postage, unfortunately, have gone up. A lot of things have gone up in price lately. Anyway, our old shipping rates no longer apply. $10 will cover standard shipping anywhere in the US. $12 will get priority shipping (2-3 days) to anywhere in the US.
As for international rates, those will be decided on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like to look at shipping rates yourself, visit the US Postal Service (USPS) website. Those are the prices we generally go by.
