I'm tired of making fanart.
I might end up turning this useless site into a gallery for my REAL art.
but for now, the site is defunct.

I got a nasty comment in my guestbook, no, I'm not removing it, because it's true in a lot of ways.
My fanart is not very original, I've wasted too damn long on my collages for something I'm not even really into anymore.
People I know might ask me to continue, but you know what? I'm sick of making anime fanart.
I needed a new outlet for my creativity and I found that in the art I've posted on my devart site.
So, I'll be taking all this stuff down soon.

Not many hits considering how long I've had this site. Most of them are probably me checking my guestbook. Why was it so important for me to receive ego strokes in my guestbook? Because deep down, I knew that my work was nothing special.
You know, the truth hurts. I'd already considered getting rid of this site. But that one entry in my guestbook really kind of put the nail in the coffin. I still think my collages are pretty, but what good is pretty when all you do is look at it and think "Oh, that's pretty." Instead of what good art should do, which is stir emotions and make you really wonder about things.
