New Directions NorthEast (NDNE), a program of New Directions Ministries: Leadership Development for Ministry in the Small Church, is a partnership program, long established within Provinces I and II of the Episcopal Church, USA, and neighboring dioceses of the Anglican Church of Canada, and currently expanding to support ministries in Provinces III and IV of the Episcopal Church.

NDNE runs annual conferences in both New England and the Mid-Atlantic states focusing on baptismal ministry. The purpose of the conferences is to share knowledge of small church baptismal ministry, to highlight new developments in that area, and to provide a support system for those working in that environment.

In addition to the annual conferences, NDNE publishes a newsletter, The Nor'Easter, which addresses specific issues pertinent to small church development.

NDNE, in turn, has been the catalyst for other similar groups working successfully to further the goals of New Directions.
