The Northern California Wrestling Officials Association (NCWOA) is an accredited officials association since the Mid 1960's. The NCWOA strives to be the best and has produced some of the best officials within the State. NCWOA is contracted to Officiate Matches and Tournaments within Northern California for Wrestling only, this area is located in the color Red within the illustration of our By-Laws

OUR MISSION:  The NCWOA was organized in an effort by both coaches and officials working together to improve and promote the sport of wrestling. The goal of an official is to improve and perpetuate competent wrestling officiating at all levels in Northern California and maintain an open, working relationship with coaches to develop consistency in wrestling rules enforcement. The association is continuing to do so, by the use of the latest technology. This will promote communications between its members, prospective wrestling officials, wrestling coaches, school administrators, and high school wrestling fans.
