Neilson Creek Housing Co-op is situated on both sides of Neilson Creek in the West Hill community of east Toronto backing onto a beautiful wooded ravine with nature trails going through it.
We are comprised of 104 townhouses of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms in 4 cul de sacs. There are 4 play areas, a basketball court, rec center, and bicycle paths throughout.
Our Co-op is family oriented and we are rather proud to say that since it's official opening in 1981 we've built a good, safe and viable community here.
Our Mission:
- To provide affordable quality housing and a safe enjoyable environment to our members
and residents;
- To interact with the community at large on common issues; and
- To co-operate with other co-operatives.
