***NEW RULE***

In 2009, NBHA LA 03 will have an enforced dresscode. No tank tops, halter tops, or spaghetti strap shirts. A t-shirt, buttoned shirt or long sleeve shirt maybe be worn over them, but they will not be allowed by themselves.

The purpose of National Barrel Horse Association is to provide barrel racers with an international organization that will promote the sport of barrel racing and its growth. Our goals are to increase the number of participants, improve quality of shows, and enhance the image of barrel racing. An NBHA barrel race is a timed event using three identical barrels set in a cloverleaf pattern.

 We have added Kiddie Barrels.  This is for kids age 6 & under and the entry fee is $5.00. They do not have to be a member to ride this age group.

 Any members who would like to donate raffle items may do so at any of our shows. Raffle money will be used for awards.

You may join NBHA at any of our shows and you may also pick up a copy of the rule book at any of our shows.
