Shampoos

Here is a list of products that I have used.  In each section, I will put an * by the products that I currently use.  I wanted to list the other products that I've tried just in case anyone wanted to know.  I also have ph numbers for the products that I did a test on.  The number is listed by the products that I have tested.  I tried to get it as close to right as I could so be sure to test for yourself.  Strips can be purchased at www.luvnaturals.com.  Most oils and butters are okay so no need to test (imo).

MY OWN SIMPLE HAIR BUTTER MIXTURE #1

Mango Butter and Shea Butter.  I use more mango butter than shea butter.  This makes my twists extremely soft.  The mango is magical.  LOL

I really love my CURLS Whipped Cream but it is just so thick, so tonight (7-6-2011) I am going to try mixing it with my Aloe Vera Juice and Avocado Oil.  I know aloe vera juice is an ingredient in it already, I'm going to add more to thin it out some.  And I don't think it will hurt to add some oil.  If not avocado oil, then jojoba oil.  I'll report back tomorrow.

MY OWN TWISTS STYLING MIXTURE (7/11/2011)

Ok, so I finally tried the CURLS Whipped Cream styling mixture.  I took CURLS Whipped Cream, Aloe Vera Juice, Avocado Oil, and Jojoba Oil.  I wanted to dilute the whipped cream some because it was so thick, and I must say I'm pleased with the results.  Don't get me wrong, there are times when I use it thick, but then at times when I don't feel like it being so heavy, I'll dilute it.  Anyway, the results are great so this will be a keeper.  I think I'm going to try using the whipped cream by itself to see what kind of results I get.
