I think it's important that we all share quality information because there is so much junk out there it's unbeleivable. You'd think that the best quality sites would rise to the top but this just doesn't seem to be the case. Of course, even if you aren't overweight you should always learn about nutrition and exercise because you will certainly want to prevent becoming obese that's for sure!About - I'm sure you've heard of About.com before because it keeps popping up in Google whenever you want to search for just about anything. This is a very good section of About and well worth checking out if you want to lose weight.

You know, I have heard stories of people who have lost weight just by reading lots of weight loss books. They claim not to have gone on any diet but have lost weight all the same. I wonder if it's more to do with the state of mind. Sometimes the more we try to do things the more likely we are to fail. However if we put little pressure on ourselves that's when we win. It's quite strange I know and it's not something that I know a lot about.Weight loss is such a big hurdle for most people and they tend to think that it's impossible. However if you just get yourself into a better state of mind then you might be able to archive a lot more. I came across an article titled Think Yourself Healthy which I thought others should know about because it's very worthwhile. This article should be read by everyone not just by those who want to lose a few pounds or so.
