  • BECOMING MAMA WITH BODY AND MIND

Relaxation and natural childbirth education for your individual dream birth - for home or hospital birth - single mothers with birth partner or couples. Birth positions,massage techniques during labor, complications at birth, gentle newborn care.

This class has three segments:

  • How would you like your birth?
 

On the floor - birthing on all fours has proven beneficial for some posterior babies*

        In your bed - comfortable at home not confined on your back
 
         In the pool - water birth eases the baby's transition from womb into our world
 
         Everywhere  - change your position often to find your personal birth position
 
               In a chair - birth stools help open up the birthing woman's pelvis 
 
         Bum in the air -  with mom grounded on all fours gives some babies room to turn 
 
                   On a ball  - leaning or sitting on a ball can relax your back and pelvic muscles
 
                  In the hall - if you feel like it in the comfort of your own home
 
              On your feet - use gravity to help your baby through the birth passage
 
     Not too much heat - you will be surprised how much energy you have to birth your baby!
 
                                                   
                                              

                      Movement is often the key to a healthy non-medicated birth!**
                        Find out what might be the most opening position for you!

  •  A practical hands-on approach to relaxation and massage for you and your birth partner with or without tools like massage-balls, birth-balls and music.
  • A theoretical part for explanation of the birth and post-partum process, complications and birth, interventions. Lots of pictures, charts and other material.
  • A gentle newborn care - (mixed practical and theoretical) segment with concern to your personal questions and wishes. Introduction to different diapers, carrying systems and much more.

Introduce your dog to safe stroller walks, baby sounds and gear and new family dog behavior. Learn how to train your dog before your baby arrives and avoid unexpected troubles and challenges.
