And so now, the reptilian newsreaders with hairdos and tanning cream at CIA-CNN issue the latest fraudulent poll - 70% of the people support the president. This poll is a lie. It is a fake poll. The polling organizations, Time, Gallop, USA Today, CNN and all the rest of the CIA front companies posing as legitimate news organizations are all controlled by the CIA who themselves answer to the billionaire bankers and industrialists. The function of these fraudulent polls is to get people to conform with what they are tricked into believing that “everyone else” is conforming to. The polls are designed to create your attitudes, not reflect them. It’s called, “push polling,” and it works.

Not in a million years do 70% of the people support the president. People in the big cities have never met anyone who supports this jerk in the White House, yet there is this myth perpetrated by the media that there are these giant pockets of people (presumably hillbillies and rednecks) somewhere (presumably in the “heartland” of America) who are the ones who comprise this overwhelming 70% majority of Bush supporters. But when you look at the map, there just isn’t that many people in the, “hillbilly belt,” to comprise this mythical 70%. And so what does that mean? It means folks that you’re being lied to on a scale you never even imagined possible. That is the biggest scam and biggest secret of today - That there could be such an all encompassing hoax, pulled off right before our eyes - is real. But it is.

The American media is so fraudulent - the communist Chinese or Soviets never dreamed of forcing such preposterous lies down the throats of their people. No Soviet ministry of propaganda ever had the vast resources that the new lie masters have. For those who rely on law and commonsense, the possession of firearms is clearly "a constitutionally protected right". Regardless of this truth, most states require a citizen to pay a "fee" (registration or background check "fee") in order to obtain a "license" (concealed carry "license") before keeping and/or bearing a firearm. And, a federal and/or state "tax" (firearms and ammunitions sales "tax" or machine gun "tax" collected by the BATF) is always levied at the time of firearm transaction.

Federal Agents have been blocked from telling Congress about laws being broken inside the US by the FBI and other governemnt agencies during national security operations. This philosophy has already been used badly in the past by the FBI in Boston organized crime cases and in the 9/11 attacks, the OKC bombing and the 1993 WTC attack. President Bush's strident vow that terrorism is always illegitimate sounds cynical and hypocritical. After all, our own CIA has sometimes sought out practitioners of vengeful extremism. We have paid them and equipped them. We have sponsored them in the arts of assassination and bloodshed. Over two years ago, we had, in the Hinchey report, confirmation that our intelligence services cooperated, funded and received the benefit of General Augusto Pinochet's reign of terror in Chile.

Indeed, in the Islamic world many of the groups we today denounce as terrorist were funded and armed by the United States as counterweights to the Soviets. Many of the guns our troops face today were furnished to arm the opposition to the Soviet army. Our Dictator's failure to acknowledge this history puts us all at the terrible risk that it will be repeated.

The second form of terror, which usually takes the form of urban violence, often begins with insurgent groups fighting injustice. Then, at some point, a group of insurgents loses touch with the imperative need to embrace human values even in the struggle against inhumanity. Frighteningly, to those of us who watch the angry crowds on television, desperate people give their support to that kind of leadership. When I say desperate, I mean that kind of poverty and deprivation of which those in this room can scarcely imagine. I have walked in villages littered with the shards of shattered lives, and I have seen that anger. The desperate followers of that kind of terrorist leadership are as much victims as those who perish in the attacks of which we read and hear.

Both state-sponsored terrorism and insurgent group terrorism are criminal. I have no doubt that there must exist the duty and the right and the power to investigate and to judge the killings of innocent people. But investigations, prosecutions, and punishments should be based on principles that abhor terrorism and violence from all sources, seek to understand the causes of terrorism, support the norms of human rights recognized by international law, and respect individual rights.

To put the matter another way, the only kind of justice worthy of the name is social justice. Social justice includes both process and legitimacy. It includes process because that has been the lesson of history for three millennia. It includes process because we have seen the cost of doing otherwise. We have seen how the arrogance of power has detained people without probable cause, refused or subverted impartial judicial review of detention, and drowned out calls for reason and proof with strident cries for vengeance. Hundreds of people, perhaps more, are being held right now while our government disregards these guaranties. The Department that calls itself Justice is using this excuse to repeal dozens of guaranties of procedural fairness, not only in so-called terrorism investigations but across the board.

Social justice includes legitimacy because the proper exercise of force can only be in the context of redressing the social ills that have led people to follow false echoes.

President George W Bush; Central Intelligence Agency; Federal Bureau of Investigation; National Security Agency and US Armed Forces have engaged in a pattern and/or practice of Cointelpro or harassment with the use of agent provacutuers, hostile third parties and informants specifically in the areas of: (1) a use of excessive force, (2) an under-reporting of force, (3) a poor quality of use of force investigations, (4) illegal forced verbal and physical confrontation policy by hostile third parties , (5) an inappropriate force tracking system, (6) an inadequate complaint system, (7) a deficient use of force training, and (8) an inadequate disciplinary system. Several complaints filed reported use of Cointelpro and/or harassment from 2000 to the present. Federal agents and /or officers have deficient policies, practices, or procedures in the areas of force policies, training, supervision, and disciplinary systems. These policies and practices of COINTELPRO against targets are without cause or justification-techniques that carry a serious risk of physical, emotional, and economic damage and callous disregard of clearly established law in violation of specific crimianal statutes that involve risk of serious bodily injury or death to the targets(activist). Moreover, President George W Bush has illegally used the Armed Forces military, specifically CIA Director Air Force General Michael Haden and his Air Force militarycontacts and the Pentagon for these same policies and practices of Cointelpro and/or harassment in the United States of America against me and other activist and protesters in violation of 18 U.S.C. Use of Army and Air Force as posse comitatus-to expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit or otherwise neutralize' and otherwise suppress, punish and chill the protected activities of activist. At President Bush's second inauguration, elite Special Operations troops were used as part of a secret program code named "Power Geyser," violating the Posse Comitatus Act, which prohibits the use of the military for law enforcement purposes within the country.

Bush's Pentagon is sending U.S. military intelligent and CIA agents on domestic fishing expeditions. This past February, two U.S. Army intelligence agents descended upon the University of Texas law school in Austin. They entered the office of the Journal of Women and the Law and demanded that the editors turn over a roster of the people who attended a recent conference on Islam and women. The editors denied having a list; the behavior of one agent was described as intimidating. The agents then demanded contact information for the student who organized the conference, Sahar Aziz.
