Nathan started skating at 3 1/2 years old. At 4 1/2 he was awarded the "most distinguished skater" in a competition. Now at age 8, Nathan skates at juvenile level. In 2006, he was awarded the "Most Inspirational Juvenile" in a competition, placed first at his first Regional, and 10th at his first Junior Nationals.

Nathan's skating has awed many spectators at competitions and at practices. Here are some of the encouraging words we often hear:

Nathan has been featured a few times in the media and he has inspired quite a few young kids to take up figure skating. We attribute Nathan's skating "excellence" to his passion for skating, his dedication, his hard work, his coaches' nurture, his parents and many friends' support.
