Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay is the sequel to Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle. The film is planned for release on April 25, 2008 with John Cho and Kal Penn returning as the duo of stoners and Paula Garces as Harold's love interest Maria. Neil Patrick Harris also returns as a satirical version of himself. The film follows the cross-country adventures of the pot-smoking duo as they try to outrun authorities who suspect them of being terrorists when they try to sneak a bong on board their flight to Amsterdam.
