Ok so the deal with neopets is that it doesnt allow you to use any codeing with a site adress in it that isnt part of the neopets site i think lol ^_^ so when you use image hosters such as eg,Photobucket,image shack it doesnt work so heres how to make it work (i suggest photobucket)
