History.
On speaking to the head of the family we found that there had been some strange occurrences such as lids coming off bottles, bangs and knocking noises and one morning on waking up the family found cabinet doors open in the kitchen when they were shut on going to bed.
The properties on this drive were built in 1952.Before this happened it was farmland which belonged to a farmhouse which is now a dentist on

Kitchen Area and Hallway.
The above area was relatively quiet. The trigger object coins remained unmoved during the investigation. At
Bedrooms Hall and Landing.

Because all the team was present in this area the temp reading taken at this time was an average of 2 to 3 degrees higher than the baseline reading for the night. This was a result of the body heat of everyone in the enclosed area. At
MEDIUMS WALK
Chris Body is Medium who works with S.P.I on a regular basis. He comes from the outskirts of
Chris started his reading of the house in the hallway on entering the house. He said that the head of the house was a blonde lady who lived with her two daughters. We then went to the upstairs landing . He felt that there was nothing negative in this area and he felt that the family was very loving and strong.
We went downstairs to the living area. He felt that there was someone who was not grounded to the property but who moved across an area that was covered by six or seven houses and the land they are on . He said that this man was bald and in his late forties /early fifties. Chris said that he was dressed in a monks attire and in life dated back four centuries earlier. He felt this man was kindly and harmless but liked to observe and walk the land now occupied by the mentioned houses. Chris said he would he would have made his presence known throughout all these residences fleetingly by moving objects and making light knocking noises.His final thoughts were that the bond of the family was very strong and the house had a lot of warmth as aresult of this.
SUMMARY
Nothing was caught on film or on evp, also the trigger objects remain unmoved. Some interesting knocking noises were heard in the hallway and while upstairs two of the team thought they heard a ladies voice very faint downstairs it is impossible to confirm these were paranormal as they were not picked up on the equipment nether the less they were very interesting occurrences. The main talking point was the temp drop in the centre of the living room. Usually cold spots are found near the outer bounds of an area and can be often explained by draughts caused by windows gaps in walls etc. what made this very interesting is that the area was right in the centre of the room . In paranormal circles it is often thought that a temp drop happens when a spirit is present. This connot be proved but the change in temp was definitely not caused by natural surroundings , also the temp returned to normal after a short period. S.P.I believe this incident could be of a paranormal nature. A mediums ability is genuinely down to a persons belief. We as a team have an open mind and we leave it to the people who read this report to make there own conclusions . THE MEDIUM WAS NOT GIVEN ANY INFORMATION PRIOR TO THE NIGHTS EVENTS.What was interesting was he correctly described who lived at the property on entering and talked about the land around the houses being active rather than just this house alone.
To conclude although nothing was caught on tape or film the temp drop was something we as a team found to be good evidence.This tied in with the families personal experiences suggest that paranormal activity seems to be occurring sporadically but from a scientific perspective as not been proved conclusive.
