Cat owners are given the option of a bath or no bath with there hair cut. Cats stress very easily, and the water from the bath and the dryer may frighten them farther. They may also be too stressed after the bath to let there haircut be given.
Though a bath will make the finished product alot smoother.
Cats have a different fur type then dogs, because of this cats may look choppier compared to a dog. This also means when they are shaved, they are shaved short to make the coat even.
