 I'm from Flintshire, in North Wales.
A keen hillwalker, and climber-of limited ability!
I live not too far away from the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, where there are many wonderful hill and valley walks amid some breathtaking scenery.
The area has superb rock climbing too, and can cater for climbers at all levels of expertise.
I'm also keen on mountain and landscape photography.The purpose of this site will be to portray images and accounts of days in the hills, wherever the road may take me.
There are links to friends who share the same interests.
John Appleby, also from North Wales, John seeks out unfrequented crags, putting up new routes on a regular basis.
Check out his "wildcrow" website, it's well worth a visit.
Jim Callahan, from Falkirk in Scotland also has his own brilliant website.
Jim has walked most of the Scottish Highlands, and is well on the way to completing the higher peaks ----the "Munros".
I've never met anyone else quite like Jim, the life and soul of any outing, an expert navigator too.
