Here are the photos I wanted to show you.
Ratchet. Top of the pecking order and very bossy.
Chikin Likin Purple. Has been in various places in pecking order and due to the loss of some hens is higher up than she was.
This is Bracket, she's a Black Bantam Wyandotte and is reasonably high up in the hierarchy.
McQueen, a Partridge Wyandotte is at the bottom of the pecking order and made several attempts to escape.
This is Blue, she's a Blue Orpington bantam, she laid her first egg of the season today 15/01/05
This is Rosie another Blue Orpington bantam, she's smaller and darker than Blue and has laid throughout the winter.
And this is Hinge, our Blue Laced Bantam Wyandotte, who died in Sept 2004
