Our applicants must meet the following requirements and then they may continue with the application procedure:

·        Legally Able to Work In The United States

·        At least 18 Years of Age

·        At least 2 Years of Experience or Education

·        Completed High School or Obtained a GED

·        Verifiable References and Education

We are one of the few agencies that require our nanny to undergo the following procedures and checks for the completion of their portfolio for families’ screening:

1.        Application that ranges from 15 – 20 pages long

2.      Completion of an autobiographical essay, minimum 3 pages.

3.      Verification of the following by our professional staff:

1.        Education

2.      Certifications

3.      Childcare References

4.      Work History

5.      Character References

4.      Background Check that includes:

1.        Criminal Background Check for all areas (since age of 18)

a.      Nationwide

b.      States

c.       County

d.      Metropolitan Area

2.      Child Abuse and Sex Offender Check for All States Resided In

3.      DMV Check in All States Resided In

4.      Automobile Insurance Verification

5.      Social Security Number Trace and Verification

6.     Medical Certificate of Good Health

7.       Credit and Bankruptcy Check

5.      Letters of Reference

6.     An In-Depth Interview (when in-person is possible, otherwise conducted via telephone) with our Professional Staff.  All answers are compiled into a document for families to review.
