Nancy please remember a friend of mine. I won't go into details other than to say that a year ago a Dr. performed the simple gallbaldder surgery done so often today and cut the wrong duct and sewed her back up with bile leaking into her inside. She nearly died, underwent 2 or 3 emergency surgeries after that and is still headed for another one in the next few weeks. She will be on antibiotics for the rest of her life. She is only 49 years old.She is also a severe diabetic taking sometimes asmany as 6 insulin shots a day.

She has a leg needing to be amputated, but they say she will not make it off the table so they're not going to do it. They told the family to say their goodbyes. Also an elderly gentleman in our church just passed away tonight. Plese remember him and still another woman we know had heart bypass today. So many to think about these days. I remember another Nancy a little boy with a brain tumor whose aunt works with my daughter only 2 years old.

URGENT PRAYER REQUEST
We have had a horrible tragedy within our school. A teacher that works at Jamestown Elementary, Rhonda Hale, currently has two sons fighting for their lives at a hospital in Lexington, KY. The two boys were riding their ATVs after church on Sunday. Austin, a 10 year old was on a dirt bike, and Ethan, a 16 year old, was on a 4-wheeler. The two boys collided with one another head-on. They WERE wearing helmets but the injuries sustained were still massive. They were flown to UK Children's Hospital where teams of doctors began working on them immediately. Ethan has broken every bone in his face and has lost his left eye. The first of many surgeries was done to begin repairing the damage. He is nothing but metal from the chin up. Currently, fluid is gathering at the back of his brain and more surgery is going to need to be done to remove it. Austin has yet to regain consciousness. He has been unresponsive since the accident and doctors are saying that it is a miracle that he even made it to the hospital. A shunt has been placed in his head to reduce fluid and swelling. He has multiple injuries including 2 crushed vertebrae, broken limbs and a pelvis that is broken in half, which cannot be operated on until more is known about his head injuries. Both boys are on feeding tubes and have developed fevers. As you can imagine Rhonda's world has been shattered. Her boys are all she has left and she is devastated, as any mother would be. She has requested that any willing person please pray for her sons.
The school is also requesting that cards be sent to the boys. We are trying to get cards sent from all over the country so that the boys, as well as Rhonda, have something to look forward to daily. The cards are going to be kept and counted so that Austin, Ethan and Rhonda can see just how many people have been praying for them. If you could, please send a card to the address below and then forward this e-mail to anyone and everyone you know. At this time, prayer is the best medicine for these youths.

My grandson is four and was born with part of his heart missing. They did open heart, patched up the part that was missing when he was 11 months and he's been doing great. But, now the left side of his heart isn't getting enough blood due to one of his arteries being too small. So if you're the praying kind, please say a word for Aaron. The name of his condition is Tetrology of Fallott, for those of you interested in medical stuff. Don't know when they will operate yet, but this is surgery number four to try to fix this same artery. They're bound to get it right this time, right? Pleas pray for little Aaron.

My next door neighbor Clarence has been diagnosed with lung cancer and been give 8 months. Joy who has been recovering from lung cancer has had a set back. After having one lung removed and undergoing cemo she now has eleven turmors in her head. She has only six to nine months without the surgery. The problem with the surgery is that this type of surgery has never been done on more than six tumors. Please keep Joy in your prayers, as well as her two children, Shari and Ryan. They will need all our prayers to get through this.

A Pastor and his wife would appreciate your prayers for their 4 month old granddaughter. She was put on life support when she was born and when she had been dead for 7 minutes, they took her off the machine, but then she began to breathe on her own. The baby's eyes will follow you and you can tell she is aware of things around her but she has never smiled. The Doctor told them, yesterday, that she will only live one year. It seems they don't know the problem or maybe they have not made it public. The baby is beautiful. She is very restless, which makes it so hard on the family. Please pray for a miracle or if it is God's will to take her, pray that she and the family can rest, until she rests in the arms of Jesus.

I need prayers for my nephews wife. She is young, in her twenties, and they have three children. She just recently gave birth to their third child. While in the hospital recuperating, they informed her that she had Ovarian Cancer.
They looked back at her medical charts and a doctor, after running tests, learned that she had it two years ago. However, he discredited it because he said, "She was too young to have Ovarian Cancer." He knew, but didn't tell her and didn't treat her, because of his absurd thinking.

Mom is drowning in an ocean of pain. Nothing seems to help for long. Her husband Emory is also having breathing problems and edema in his hands feet. He was in th same wreck but no broken bones. Something is not right. Pray for them and for wisdom.

Chad went to the doctor today. they took a biopsy of the knot on the side of his neck. They are scheduling surgery for next week. They will remove the whole thyroid and needs to be done as soon as possible. It will be done as an outpatient, but may have to be in the hospital 1 - 2 days depending on the surgery. It will take a few days to get the results of the biopsy that was taken today. Needless to say he and his wife are very concerned. They have two little girls, Haley and Hannah. My husband and I have had our prayer answered with the Judges decision awarding him his Total Comp., however, another man has been waiting just as long. My brother-in-law has even more percentage of disability than my husband and still is waiting. Lacy goes before the Administrative Law Judge December 2, 2005. Lacy has 74% whole man disability and he and his wife’’s medication eat up most of his Social Security Check. Please pray for Lacy.
Workers' Copm. has appealed the Judges decision and now we start all over again. Please pray for this to finally come to an end.

My husband was awarded his Total Disability decision after years in the legal system. The letter came Saturday November 19,2005. He applied for his Total Comp in May of 2001. The Lord has answered our prayers in this matter. However, we still need prayers to fight against Workers' Comp. and their unending supply of money to fight against the injuried workers of this state.
You never know when God is going to bless you!! Good things happen when you least expect them to !!!!!!!!
