IS IT NOW?
In my book I mentioned an amazing sunset that appeared on the day of my mother-in-law's death. My daughter received these pictures in an email and passed them onto me.
These pictures of this amazing sunset, as well as the thumbnail butterfly pics were taken by Jeannie Cummings of Beckley. The Monarch Butterfly in the thumbnails above, and spread through this website, Jeannie raised from a caterpillar.
When you look at the sunset pictures, I'm sure you will wonder about the signs in the heavens. You will wonder if this is fulfillment of a Bible Prophecy. In the words of Jesus Christ, 'And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven,' Luke 21:11.

SIGNS OF THE TIMES? YOU TELL ME!
I just wish I had had a camera when I saw the so-called Blue Moon. It looked like the top third of the sun had been sliced off. A perfect straight slice. A meteorologist explained this amazing phenomenon in this way. A Blue Moon happens when the moon passes over the sun. I beg to differ, what I saw was a sign from heaven. Too many things are happening all over the world. Floods, earthquakes on land and on the ocean floor, changes in weather patterns, signs in the heavens. Are we in the midnight hour of God's clock as Franklin Graham was quoted to have said? Is the time of the Lord fast approaching? Should we be straining our ears listening for the voice of God calling His children home? There will be no need to strain our ears to hear the call of the Lord God. The true believers in Jesus Christ will hear that call. Jesus said, 'My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:' John 10:27. The only ones who will be straining to hear the voice of God will be those who are standing around wondering where everyone went. Call out to Jesus and you will hear His call from His heart to yours.
Today April 23,2006, when I came home from church, these pictures were waiting for me. On Friday April 21, 2006 lightning struck from heaven turning this tree into a cross. My son Dennis took these pictures to mark another sign.
My sister Judy who died last April 4 would have been 53 on the night the lightning struck this tree.
