(NRSV)You have just read my favorite verse in the Bible---in triplicate, beginning with the King James Version---my personal favorite. In all three versions of the Bible that I own, the same is stated; God loved the world and made a way for all to be saved. All we must do is accept the gift that was given for our salvation.

Within the Holy Bible are prophecies of punishment, torture, pestilence, death, and destruction. That is what most people see when they read the prophecies that predict the End of Time. However, one must look closer at these prophecies, and see God’s Promise for all who take to heart what is coming. It may be a punishment for some but for others it is a tool to get the attention of those who are holding back on their salvation through Christ Jesus. Christ gives the gift of salvation freely, to all who ask.
Sure many will continue to turn away from Christ and their souls will be lost forever. However, many more will turn from their wickedness and live. You may say that you are not a wicked person but I tell you that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Maybe some sins are worse than others but sin all the same. What makes the difference between those who are sinners and those who will stand blameless before God is the blood of Jesus Christ. His blood sacrifice covers sin for anyone who asks.
I believe these prophecies will bring to an end the sinful nature of man, not the end of mankind. On the contrary, these prophecies are a promise of a new and wonderful beginning. The life promised by Almighty God that is so wonderful that you can’t even imagine its greatness. The life God had planned for the people He created in His own image. Yes, I said in His own image! And if we are created in the image of the Living God. What does that make us? GOD’S CHILDREN! HEIRS WITH CHRIST TO HIS ETERNAL KINGDOM! Because of the great love of Almighty God, Jesus came into the world to save all God’s unruly children. Jesus makes it possible for us, who have faith to enter into the inheritance of His Kingdom.
The power of love is the most powerful of all emotions and the Love of Jesus Christ is overwhelmingly wonderful. I know that Jesus died on the Cross at Calvary. I also know in the deepest fiber of my being that Jesus died for me. He was thinking of me. He knew me. He knew my many sins. He covered those sins with His precious blood. And the burden of those sins must have weighed heavy on the day of His Passion. The heavy weight, He carried on that day waiting patiently for these words from me and others. "Forgive me Lord, for I’m a sinner. Come into my heart and save my soul. Stand beside me as I walk through this life and the next. Create in me a new creature worthy of Your sacrifice."
From the book of Daniel it is prophesied that during the End of Days we will see changes in technology making things possible that has never been possible before.
Daniel C. 12 V. 4 - But thou oh Daniel, shut up the words and seal the book, even till the time of the end, many shall run to and from and knowledge shall be increased.
Today more than any other time, in the history of man such travel is possible. People are running to and from around the world in short periods of time. In this day and age people are searching for knowledge. We are seeking answers to questions that have troubled man for centuries. I believe this verse from the book of Daniel foretells of future events. People will not understand the prophecies written in the Bible until the world is nearing the second coming of Jesus Christ. I also believe that God's makes it clear those answers shut out of our understanding until that time comes.

Have you ever read a passage from the Bible that you have read and heard many times and thought nothing of it? Then one day you hear that same passage again. Suddenly a light bulb is switched on in your brain. Suddenly you have an understanding that was never there before, a word of knowledge. Could it be that the books are being opened to our understanding because we are getting closer to the Time of the End? The very time that is being spoken by Daniel the prophet. You tell me if knowledge of the scriptures is increasing? Are we running to and fro?
You tell me: IS IT NOW? The End of Days!

RAPTURE
We find here in Titus how the RAPTURE is referred to as the Blessed Hope.
Titus C. 2 V. 13 - Looking for the BLESSED HOPE, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
Many people believe today and I am one of them, that the BLESSED HOPE in this passage is referring to the RAPTURE. We are to look for the BLESSED HOPE or RAPTURE of the church and the GLORIOUS APPEARING. Here the two are separated. the Rapture comes before the wrath and the Glorious Appearing comes after the wrath. This wrath or Tribulations or sorrows, we won't be a part of, because we will be gone. We will be RAPTURED, gathered up, caught up, with Christ before that wrath comes. We will be in Heaven with the Lord!

Jude C. 1 V. 21 - Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
What is God's mercy? What mercy are we waiting for? God's mercy is described as when Jesus Christ His Son comes agian and calls us home to be with Him. We can call it GOD'S MERCY or we can call it the BLESSED HOPE, or we can call it the RAPTURE! Whatever you call God's Mercy, it all means the same. Mercy is being brought into His presence even though our many sins should keep us separated from His Goodness. Jesus bought that mercy through His Death and Passion. Jesus died a terrible death. He willingly gave His life, so all who believe in Him will have everlasting life. Jesus paid the price for our sins. His mercy was given unto us over two thousand years ago, when He laid down His life so we might live. Look for the MERCY of the Lord Jesus Christ. MERCY! BLESSED HOPE! GATHERING! TAKEN UP! RAPTURE!
