It's been a while. I'm Sorry!
I just popped on to see what's been happening and yes, the last time I updated was back in June, I can't believe that time has flown so fast.
I have as it happens taken a break from my Dj'ing since I have found that I don't actually have that much time since starting college again, so it has taken a bit of a back seat I HATE to admit.
But it doesn't end there, let me tell you, Mz Kondukt is NOT dead....YET..So TOUGH BOLLOX to those of you who thought there was no stiff competition out there coz you haven't spun the wheels against me and I am up for ANY challenge so email me those suggestions or alternatively jot them on a postcard to..Mz Kondukt, P.O Box..Bring it on. Hehe.

Yes, playing the decks has become a very rare event for me since September last year and I have to say, I can't say I've been much inspired.
Is it just me or does it seem like Dance music has taken a bit of a back seat, or at least, decent Dance music?? I mean, Yes, there is plenty of New releases out there, but whatever happened to the day when Lables like Hooj Choons, Bedrock, Subliminal and Junior graced our shelves, when bass lines thumped through the walls of our shabby bedsits and vodka was ever flowing like water in a tap and we puffed up whatever would be passed on..Ohh those days have truly passed us by and are saddly missed. Okay, I grant it, Take away my Vodka, take away my cigs, coz I stopped already but don't take away my Dance Music! It's unheard of. I always prayed that Dance Music would live on forever and 'MUM!..I meant it!!' Everyone out there!..I meant it! But somehow, as this tear trickles down my sullen cheek, it really seems like there is no saviour left in the world for Vinyl, for my good old twin Technic 1210's, for my collection of House music, for me?
I am devastated that this is how it is beginning to end.

IT'S OLD NEWS!!: Pk ft. Mz Kondukt - 'Everytime' 
Yes, You heard it here first. I have been liasing with English Producer Pk (aka Paul Kettle) on my debut vocal track 'Everytime'.
The track was written last year or maybe even in late 2006 over the Internet. Pk hails from Portsmouth in the Uk. I wrote and recorded the lyrics on my Computer and we worked from there on. The song was then unrecovered when Pks Pc got a virus. Now, after months the missing track has reappeared and Horray! we are working on it again. So 'Everytime' may shortly be ready for release, that is, if the right label comes along. We hope it's going to be a success. Watch this space!! ;)

I would be so grateful if anyone could inform me of clubs/promoters looking for house djs or female dj's in general. My Main genre is funky/Tech house but I am also experienced in Progressive/Techno/Tech-house/Break-Beat and Commercial Dance Classics. I will be searching for gigs in and around Scotland. Mainly Aberdeen to Dundee but can travel most places. I am willing to fork out that little extra to travel that little bit further so GET IN TOUCH!! Don't delay!! Email for my number! :)
