In 2006, Natasha was chosen to be a student ambassador for People to People. She was to go to Australia for two weeks. Needless to say, she was excited about the trip, and she worked hard to raise money for her trip. Unfortunately, the trip was overbooked, and Natasha was one of the people cut from the trip. Well, after seeing a similar traveling bear project on 43things, she decided that if she couldn't go to Australia, maybe she could live vicariously through her bear. She wants to send her bear all over the country and the world to visit the places she can't visit. She is hoping that the project is extremely successful, and that she can use it as an extra credit project for school, later on! Mostly, she just wants to have fun with it.
