28-08-05- The winners are up! Congratulations to all who won!

25-08-05- The August round is now closed and judging is in process. Thanx to everyone who nominated. Meanwhile, I'm making a new layout which should be up at the same time as the awards.

5-08-05- Hey everyone! I'm back from...er...holiday (if you can call it that. Camping in the pouring rain? No, that's not a holiday to me ethier!)

24-07-05- I've sent out the awards. If you see your name on the Past Winners and Contests page and you haven't received your awards, then please e-mail.

Well, I've been packing like crazy! Holiday's tomorrow, so feel free to send in entries but I won't see them until I get back in 2 weeks. Hopefully my inbox will be full of nominations *wink wink*.

23-07-05- I've decided not to do a multi-fandom site. I have enough to do as it is. But I was so in Harry Potter mood after reading HBP. I then realised that exams are coming and it's not a good idea to have more on my plate than I already have! LOL!

The winners are up and I'll get the awards out as soon as I can. Well done to all who won! The vids were amazing this round. My sister was very impressed as a guest judge.

I've decided to scrap the 'Best Overall' and have 'Judge's Choice' award. There are two this round but usually there will be one (unless my sister decides she wants to become a regular judge.

By the way, I'm still looking for more judges but the judges application form isn't working so just send me an e-mail with your name, e-mail address, site url (if you have one) and why you think you'd be a good judge at the Mystic Starlight Awards.

Hope you like the new layout! I really happy with the way it turned out. And to celebrate, the latest contest is called 'Prince of Mirkwood'. LOL!

18-07-05- I'm so sorry, guys. I'm having to close this round early, on the 23rd of July (Saturday) I'm going on holiday on the 25th and I want to get the awards out before then. So, because of this, I've decided to let everyone to enter two videos in the next round (starting the 25th of July).

I have also decided to make this I multi-fandom award site. I was just thinking of starting a new Harry Potter awards site but decided to keep one. it just makes it easy. So, if you see changes, ignore them until the 25th of July. I'll hopefully have a new layout by then. I will be accepting Harry Potter, Star Wars, Phantom of the Opera, LOTR and Pirates of the Caribbean music vids (I'm not a big Buffy/Angel fan and there are plenty of sites for that! LOL!). However I will only do one challenge from one of the fandoms.

I hope this all makes sense! You'll see once I get it up!

11-07-05- Second update today. This is a preview of the new layout. I'll probably update a page a day. I'm also looking for judges to help me...well...judge the videos. Please e-mail me if you would like to apply and I'll send you an e-mail with the details I need. Obviously, later on, I'll put up a page with all the details on anyway.

11-07-05- The links page is back up and running. If you were an affy and you don't see your banner, then feel free to e-mail me and I'll get it up as soon as I can! I'm planning to give the site a new layout. I'll be keeping Elena's banner but hopefully, Ill change the layout so it is easier to navigate.

29-06-05- The winners are up! (Sorry about my terrible spelling and grammar in the e-mails, guys. I'm soooooooo tired!) New nominations will now be accepted and July's contest is also up. It's called "I Have Wished Thee Joy..." Go to the Latest Contest page to find out more!

14-06-05- Changed the layout. Thanks to Elena for creating it! I've only just got it but I loved the layout so much I had to get it up tonight! The rest of the site wll be changed to this layout soon- probably by tomorrow night. Hope you like it!

29-04-05- May's contest is up. I haven't seen many Eomer vids so he's the subject of this month's contest. Also, this month's nomination period is open so get those entries in!
