Hi everyone!

Yup...i´m finally posting an entry in this, so called, blog of mine. And with it i´m also gonna try and shed some light on why i haven´t been focusing (no pun intended) all that much on photography for the last...hmmm....10-12 months or so.

You see.....one year ago we bought this old thing.....

....which i then tore down by hand with the help of my best friend Mathias. And let me tell you...this old timber-home was alot sturdier than you might think.

Anyway....i finished wrecking it before the first snow fell and then spent the winter putting together a new studio for myself.

When spring arrived, the build continued with putting a foundation together with the help of some very competent workers as you can see.

And once that was done, the rest happened rather quickly....the house arrived loaded on trucks and was "assembled" by polish builders in just a week or two.

And the last few weeks we´ve had people coming to put up wallpapers....putting in floors....wiring all the electricity and so on. And while i´ve been busy fixing up and painting the garage/studio, my dear cousin has begun painting the house.

And while all this has been going on....me and my family....has been living in a caravan parked on one of our meadows ever since we managed to sell our old home alot sooner than planned . So without both Internet and TV we will continue to stay in the caravan for at least one more month until the house is scheduled to undergo its final inspection on sep 1th. With all that in mind...perhaps it´s not so strange that i haven´t been around all that much eh?  I will however try and post more updates and photos of our new home as it´s being finalized....if only i could come up with a way of updating this blog using an iPhone instead. Then i could just post mobile-pics like this one whenever i felt like it:
