The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), passed by Congress in October 1998, requires the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to issue and enforce rules concerning children's online privacy. The FTC issued the Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule in November 1999; it has been in effect since April 21, 2000.1 The Rule's primary goal: to place parents in control over what information is collected from their children online.
* In compliance with COPPA no one under 13 may order custom graphics, make submissions to contests, or signup for free email without first supplying me with a parental consent form. Please email me for info on parental consent forms.
* When visiting Mystical Treasures my server may collect non personal information about visitors, browser type (IE, Netscape) and operating system (Windows, Mac, Unix). We use this information along with general numbers of visitors to help us design new features and fix possible problems. This information is completely non personal and collected only as a general visitor.
* Any time personal information is collected from visitors it is known to them beforehand. Such information is collected when you sign up to compete, volunteer as staff, enter any other contest we may be hosting, submissions of votes, suggestions, or other content or participation in any interactive activity.
I do not sell, transfer or disclose personal information submitted to me. Personal information submitted by visitors may be used for the following reasons only:
* Evaluation of my site and it's uses. * Entering sites into competition upon request. * Respond to requests made by visitor. * Fulfill prizes. * To full fill COPPA requirements. * To contact participants with information.

When you visit my site, me or my ad sponsors may use a "cookie" to store certain information on your computer. This information is stored in text form and is used by me or my sponsors to help meet the needs of our visitors better. It allows us to find content and sponsors who will better suit the needs of our visitors. For more information on cookies please refer to your browsers help files.
