~ What is the idea behind the Ultimate Outfit Challenge?
The Ultimate Outfit Challenge (UOC) is similar to the Daily Outfit Challenge in that it *is*, first and foremost, an "outfit challenge", featuring the same type of outfit snapshots that are used in the DoC.
In the UOC, however, one theme is followed a week, with a new theme announced each Sunday. Voting polls opened at the end of each week, which will allow for only ONE vote PER IP. Points are given each week, depending on the placements, and at the end of the month, the winner -- yes, WINNER, in single form, not plural -- will be announced, and the GRAND PRIZE of 100,000 credits will be given!
